Untouched Khangchendzonga Biosphere Reserve : Yuksom Dubdi
This would be a birding tour based out of Yuksom. Yuksom is the first capital of Sikkim and one of the most pristine and promising birding destinations in Sikkim. In the lap of cloud-covered eastern Himalayas, these birdwatchers' heaven promises the sightings of Himalayan Cutia, Tibetan Serin, Black-tailed Crake, Red-headed Trogon, Yellow-rumped Honeyguide, Yellow-throated Fulvetta, Blue-fronted Robin, Purple Cochoa to name a few. For a very long time, we have assisted multiple birding groups for birdwatching in this destination. The best-fit travel itinerary covering all these places would require at least 6 days. The travel plan goes as follows.
| Day-1 | Morning pick-up from Bagdogra Airport or Siliguri or Darjeeling as per request. With lunch on the way, we drive through forested patches and villages. On our way to Rangeet, Geyzing, Tashiding, and Legship we stop and watch birds on different birding trails. We would reach Yuksom after sundown. Overnight at Homestay at Yuksom. |

| Day-2 to 5 | Over the next four days, we thoroughly do birding in Yuksom, Dubdi monastery, Kathok Lake, Tsong, and Labdang Gangyep forest to the east of Yuksom. It is estimated that four full days of birding would enlist 200 birds in your birding checklist. |
| Day-6 | We would do a short morning birding session; just after finishing our breakfast we would directly head to Airport and the birders would be dropped as per their flight timing at Bagdogra. If you want to combine this tour with another tour, feel free to let us know. |
Inclusions
- For the entire duration of our stay, we will be at the homestay
