What documents do I need to travel with?
If you are an Indian citizen then Voter Card, Driving License, and Passport is considered valid documents for processing inner line permits. If you are a foreign national the Passport, and EVISA both are required and need to be submitted to the foreigner registration check posts on arrival. What vaccinations are required to travel?
As per the current norms, any tourists arriving in Sikkim must be vaccinated against COVID and must produce vaccination cards wherever required.

What kind of tours do you conduct?
We mostly conduct birding and wildlife tours in Sikkim and other parts of Indian states. If anyone has special requirements like monastic visit tours or cultural visit tours, they can let us know and we would arrange the same. Please note that, all our tours are guided tours, be it birding or cultural i.e. we will assign a local guide to accompany you throughout the travel journey with us.

What birds or wildlife do I expect to see during my tour?
Different birds and wildlife appear depending on the seasonality and the places you travel. To get details on this, please mail us back for your interest and query to info@sikkimbirds.com

How will I receive my travel voucher?
For every part payments you send to us as business transactions would be acknowledged by email. Once the full final payment is received and realized, we would issue a final voucher in your name mentioning the GSTIN there.

How do I know if my booked tour is refundable?
There are different criteria, when the tour is getting canceled. To know the details please take a look at our cancellation policies in the Terms & Conditions section.

What are the emergency evacuation options in case of any aftermath?
Since we are a registered tour operator by the Government of Sikkim, thus in case of any disaster the quick response teams would be appointed by NDRF (Natural Disaster Response Team) to different agencies like ITBP, SSB, BSF, etc.
