Dibyendu Ash started visiting Sikkim for bird watching when he was 18. He has spent 19 years, since a very young age in the field of birding and extensively covered the eastern Himalayas. He is co-founder and managing partner of GoingWild LLP. Here, he is appointed as the senior bird tour leader for Sikkim. As a professional bird guide, he has led multiple tours both for domestic and foreign birdwatchers. 
He has extensive knowledge about the birds of Sikkim. Yuna Hang Subba hails from the Limboo community of Yuksom, West Sikkim. In his homeland, he fell in love with birds when he was in 6th standard in school. He is currently a college graduate and is dedicating much of his time to the field of birdwatching. He has been leading some birding tours in west Sikkim in Khangchendzonga national park. His information knowledge on the seasonality of birds in west Sikkim is unmatched. He attests to his love for the Limbu language and culture as well.
